Rock Creek Estates is an exclusive residential golfing community surrounded by Lake Ridge Golf Course, with paved curbed streets and underground utilities.
Rock Creek Estates offers you and your family the peace and tranquility of country living and all the amenities of living on a beautiful scenic golf course. It is a place where your kids can play safely, your neighbors take the time to stop and say hello and you can walk out your door and play a relaxing round of golf.
There are three lot locations to choose from: A, B and C. Each offers a spectacular view of Lake Ridge Golf Course.
All lot purchases include a two-year Family Membership* to Lake Ridge Golf Course, to give you a great introduction to living in this beautiful rural golf community. It's also a great way to make friends and meet your neighbors in a social setting.
* Family Membership is defined as Purchaser, Spouse and dependent children (under the age of 21 living within the household going to school).
